Items can typically be customized with team colors, team logos, sponsor details, and athlete names and numbers. Your account representative will guide you through the options when setting up your Team Shop.
02Can I order additional uniforms if new athletes join later?
Yes. Your Team Shop stays open year-round with no order windows, so athletes can order whenever they need to.
03How long does it take to receive uniforms?
Custom gear ships in two weeks or less, direct to each athlete, with no team order delays.
04What happens if an athlete orders the wrong size?
Sizing Insurance can be added at checkout to allow exchanges for incorrect sizes. Without it, customized items are final.
05Can we add fan apparel or spirit wear?
Yes. Team Shops can include fan apparel, warm-ups, accessories, and other team-branded gear.
06Do you offer matching accessories and warm-up gear?
Yes. Matching socks, headbands, warm-ups, fan gear, and other accessories can be included in your Team Shop.
07Can we review uniforms before placing a full order?
You will review design mockups before your Team Shop launches. Team sports catalogs include sample images, and physical product samples can also be sent for review.
08Can you put together a player pack?
Yes. A cross country player pack typically combines a singlet or running top, shorts, and optional warm-ups or travel gear.
09Can an athlete reorder a lost, damaged, or outgrown item?
Yes. Athletes can reorder at any time through the year-round Team Shop without involving the coach.
10How do athletes choose the right size?
Athletes and parents place their own orders, and each item includes a sizing guide to help them select the correct size.
11What pieces are included in a cross country uniform?
A typical cross country uniform includes a singlet or running top and shorts. Teams may also add warm-ups, travel gear, and accessories.
12What materials are the uniforms made from?
Uniforms use lightweight, moisture-wicking performance fabrics designed for breathability and long-distance comfort.
13Do you offer compression shorts or split running shorts?
Yes. Teams can choose compression shorts or split running shorts based on athlete preference.
